1) What is a Videoinvitation?
A Videoinvitation is a participation in video format, in whose contents are photos and what you want to say or write in it. Physically is a printed DVD with its own case, or a only available online video, depending on the chosen plan.
2) Where can I watch the Videoinvitations?
The Videoinvitations are edited in video format, so you can watch them in any conventional DVD player or a computer.
3) Which duration the Videoinvitation has?
It has an approximate duration of 3 minutes.
4) What can you offer me for my guests of previous generations who are unfamiliar with DVDs and computers?
Three of our plans (DVD, WEB and PRINT) include the high resolution design of an invitation card that you can print how many times you need at home, photo lab or printing house, getting paper invitations on very high quality.
Plan CARD gives you printed personalized invitation cards, thank you cards (or reception cards), gift tags and envelopes for the invitation cards.

6) Where do you physically deliver Videoinvitations?
We deliver anywhere in the world, with courier service.
7) How can I order my Videoinvitations?
Go to the "contact" section and complete the form. As soon as possible we will contact you informing in detail how our system works and requirements.
8) Which anticipation should I order my Videoinvitations?
Our work is usually finished in 3 weeks, but you should add the delay of shipping to your home from the courier service (it is variable and depends where is the delivery).
9) How will I receive my paper invitation cards?
If you choose PLAN PRINT, you won't receive paper invitations physically, you will receive via e-mail a JPEG or PDF file suitable for high quality printing.
If you choose PLAN CARD, we will deliver your invitation cards via courier service.

+ Make the payment.
+ We will contact you via e-mail to send us your wordings and photos to begin our work.
+ We'll e-mail you a proof for approval.
+ Once approved, and depending the chosen plan, we will send you your invitation cards with courier service, we will send you your DVDs with courier service, upload your Videoinvitation to a website, and e-mail you the final JPEG or PDF file for you to print any times you need, and an e-card for use as a reminder.
11) Which things can be modificated in paper invitations?

12) How do I send my photos, music, etc.?
By e-mail, compressed in zip or rar format.
13) How can I pay?
Payment is online through Paypal (you can use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, bank account, etc.). Additionally, Argentina residents can pay cash with Rapipago, Pagofacil and Bapropagos also.
14) Can I see how the work looks before you finish?
Of course. We'll e-mail you proofs for approval until you will be 100% satisfied.

EL SUR DEL CIELO maintains the copyright on all designs. The digital file that we provide you is to be used strictly for personal reasons and not to be used in conjunction with any resale of the design or elements within that design. It is very important to note that for copyright restrictions on the Characters only permits graphics to be used for one time only personal use such as birthday parties. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you have issues with a photo lab refusing to print for you, just go to another local photo lab or print at home yourself.
